Where is my package shipped from?
All products are shipped from a warehouse in the United States. Because of this, the average delivery time is around 9 days.


Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be denied. Once received, orders can be returned for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Ideal


When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday (no weekend shipping). Processing takes 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipping occurs the next day after processing. Please expect longer processing times during holidays and sales periods.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 5 to 11 days.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Are customs duties and taxes charged?
Prices on our site do not include taxes. You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery, which are determined by your local customs office. When will I receive my refund?
